@The Windward, 370 First Street in Lake Oswego.  

The Ryan family – Chuck, Lisa, Jackson and Mac- love pizza. They founded Chuckie Pies in 2013, to bring a great NY/Neapolitan version to the community. Lisa studied at the Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana on the technique of making authentic Neapolitan pizza dough, then developed the menu using high quality seasonal and traditional ingredients. “We think of the Pies experience as hosting a dinner party every night,” said Lisa. “That’s a big part of who we are. We put our heart out on a plate, and demonstrate that love with a sense of fun, and consistency. I never want the choices to be complicated, just tried and true, delicious with a few surprises thrown in.”  

Throughout their 20 years living in Lake Oswego the Shaw-Ryans have been actively involved in the community, serving on neighborhood boards, Lisa as chair of First Addition Neighborhood Association and the Downtown Business District Association, as well as president of LOHS Laker Club.
